Nothing from Barstow to Vegas

Made the trek to Vegas from San Diego this weekend and from Barstow to Vegas on Friday and Vegas to Barstow Sunday Morning there was nothing. Did not see one train on the move. Barstow yard was dead. They all probably ran on Saturday, just my luck.

From my past experience, Sundays and Mondays are dead days.

Since before mid night on 5/16 there were eight westbounds through 3 am from Las Vegas to Cali, the dispatcher related they be green all the way no meets. This morning OLS special arrived and a number of east and west bound COFC trains.
