. . just a couple more run of the mill shots around Palmer Lake this afternoon on another beautiful day in the neighborhood as another of the endless stream of coal trains snakes through the curves below Palmer Lake [top] and about to top the pull from Denver some 50 miles away [bottom]. This is the third of four [so far] southbounds in a row in perfect afternoon lite. I wonder how many hard pull miles these 15+ year old MAC's have under their belts? Wish I literally had a dollar for each!
