New crossing gates

On the way home to SAlem (OR) from Corvallis this afternoon, I saw that crossing gates have been installed where the P&W crosses River Road, near the yuppie ghetto, south west of Salem. Must be stimulus money. Oregon certainly doesn't have any to spend on public safety improvements like that.
