Western Railroad Discussion > Rolling Around the BendDate: 08/10/10 11:56 Rolling Around the Bend Author: railtime Rolling around the bend just east of Limon is the local manifest to Denver. There is always a good variety of engines on the manifest, this time there is a well used geep tagging along.
The piles of dirt in the foreground is where the old Golden Belt Route used to parrell the KP tracks from ST Lois to Denver. Thanks For Looking john Date: 08/10/10 19:20 Re: Rolling Around the Bend Author: upkpfan Ok, explain the piles of dirt and what and how did they have to do with the Golden Belt Rd. Don't look like any old road bed. upkpfan
