Reference my post yesterday pertaining to a UP test train on the Fort Collins Sub:

An article in today's Loveland newspaper reveals that this was a Operation Lifesaver exercise and that the locomotive had on board a Colorado State Police officer. Four tickets were issued to motorists who ran the crossibng gates.
