Walton Fire Dept (East of Newton, KS on US highway 50 on the BNSF) is requesting tankers from 4 departments for a train engine fire at US50 and Woodlawn.

Woodlawn is 1 mile west of Walton. Must be a fairly large fire, as they are asking for traffic control on US50 due to the amount of smoke.

Just saw a phone video from someone passing on US50 last night on KWCH channel 12 (CBS Wichita) I could not find a link to the vid. Fairly high flames shooting up out of the middle of the engine. Looked like the trailing unit on a stack train. Video wasn't clear enough to tell much.
