SP&S Swap Meet - This Saturday

Some greater Portland Oregon area folk may need reminding that, in my opinion, the best
swap meet in the area happens January 21, 10 to 3 at the Holiday Inn-Portland Airport
(8439 NE Columbia Blvd, Portland). $5 admission, under 12 is free.

This event is sponsored by the SP&S Historical Society and it is consistently a good

Thanks for the reminder, I hadn't planned on being in town this weekend and forgot about the swap meet.

No train at the Swap Meet this Saturday

Thanks for the heads-up -- a good rainy-day activity.

BTW, UP was replacing ties on the Kenton Line in Portland at NE 11th Ave today. So if they're continuing tomorrow don't expect many trains running by the swap meet.
