I found another old picture from a long ago trip. This was taken on August 22, 1996. I think this is from the overhead highway bridge just north of Bill, Wyoming.

Back then the main road had a sign that said: Bill - Population 4

Wyoming Route 59 bridge, remember the place well. A little over 3 years before your picture in June '93 before the double tracking of this portion of the Orin Line, a Commonwealth Edison loaded train struggles south approaching Bill and a crew change. CNW 8542 (Wyoming Centennial commemorative) leads.
