A Novel Move In Denver Today
Author: mojaveflyer

Killing some time this morning while waiting to go to an interview at the Museum where I volunteer, I saw BNSF 6220 come from Lodo siding (Lodo is a contraction of Lower Downtown, where the yard and Coors Field is located).I saw the 6220 pull in to a coal track and sort of lost track of him. About an hour later, here comes the 6220 running backwards pulling the bare table train around the UP interchange track to the UP 36th Street Yard. It must have taken the crew a while to get lined up because there were a lot of starts and stops as they progressed around the wye to the UP yard.

Thanks for looking and have a Safe & Sane Earth Day!

BN crews don't get over to 36 street much anymore. With lots of RC zones and going backwards it can be a challenge navigating your way around.
