Western Railroad Discussion > Derailed ???? on KP

At 9 AM this morning about 8-9 covered ballast cars was WB on the KP this morning thru Ellsworth, KS. Wonder if there was a derailment someplace out West. NO snap track panel cars was in the concist.
Now there was a grain elevator that collasped at Oakley Tue. afternoon around 2:30 PM and the corn spilled out onto the tracks and derailed about 8-9 RR cars. What I seen on the news last night showed tank cars derailed.
Maybe this is where the ballast cars are going. upkpfan
