How many trains per day and what types of traffic travel over the ex-BN line between Ft. Madison, IA and Burlington, IA? Thank you in advance and Happy Thanksgiving! Date: 11/21/12 20:48 Re: BNSF Ft Madison, IA to Burlington, IA Line Question Author: Q-GP30 only freights are WQMDMO/DMOWQM, which runs north Sun/Tues/Thu, and south Mon/Wed/ Fri. All else is coal, Sherer, Machens, ACT-- all trains to St.Louis area or south. More action south of Ft.Madison then north, with locals from West Quincy and and Keokuk switcher along with KJRY and their GP20's.
