Stopped by the Little Rock UP Shops on the way to Memph

We ran by the UP Shops on the way to Memphis for Thanksgiving. The first two pictures were taken in the engine facilities at the North Little Rock Yard. The last picture shows the George Bush (SD70ACe 4141) on the front porch at the North Little Rock Jenks Shops. Everyone have a great Thanksgiving.

So let me get this straight: President Clinton is from Arkansas, but engine was painted for him? Why is that??

OK. Then I'm reminded of a saying taught me by one of my rowing coaches: "Build bridges, not walls." i.e. be a friend to both parties?

The 4141 was built for George H. Bush to go to his library in TX. in time. upkpfan
