CN has SD70ACes and ES44ACs coming.
CP has GP20ECOs coming that are all new except for the trucks and traction motor cores.

I think it's the EMD version of the es44c4s

Its EMD's B1-1B unit to compete with GE's ES44C4

Nope, at this point it's just an announcement that they're going to do it, but nobody's actually seen what the new trucks are going to look like (well, outside EMD and their subcontractors and maybe BNSF).

The trucks will remain the same, the only difference is the unpowered wheels will be towards the fuel tank.

the B1-1B system has been used on the Indian EMD GT46MAC for a number of years.
