This received quite a bit of news on Boston's largest radio station this morning.

Kinda odd, unless it's got something to do with a CSX director who's listed as an insider for this company.

I'm all for it once "promotional tickets" are given out for free or for a huge discount. Out here in California, Ed Ellis and the Iowa Pacific have already set the bar on how to do it right, so I've yet to get excited about this news.

I wonder if it wouldn't be more "expedient" for these folks to simply contract with Metrolink to run a train out to Vegas out of San Berdoo, stopping at Victorville and Barstow to Vegas. I personally think people going to Vegas are generally more interested in getting there than all the expensive partying. I don't know if Metrolink would be willing to "hire out" one of their trainsets, but the whole thing would be much cheaper!

Good god, not using Metrolink equipment to Los Vegas. The new cars are worse then the previous cars.

Regardless of type of equipment and who operates the train, parking is a major issue for either
Fullerton and/or San Bernardino.
