Eddystone is located a stones throw south of the Philadelphia Airport on Conrail Shared Assets's Chester Secondary which both NS and CSX have access too ... only thing for CSX access would require a reverse move if trains use the Met and Philly subs via Baltimore ... Trenton sub movements via Selkirk would be headon ... NS access is headon via Harrisburg and Philly ... NS has the crude oil strong hold of movements in the Philly/South Jersey/Delaware areas interchanging trains with BNSF either in or west of the Chicago area NS delivered coal for Eddystone when the facility received coal also CP delivered Bakken crude using a Chicago Canadian(via Detroit)Buffalo-Harrisburg(via Southern Tier-Sunbury-Buffalo Line)routing ... NS interchange at Harrisburg keeping the CP power to Philly both crude routes were for the Sunoco logistics facility in Westville,NJ directly across the Delaware River from Eddystone Edited 2 time(s).
