What remains of the big pit? What engines and cars are used?

The Bingham Canyon mine is back in operation removing waste rock on a large scale from the landslide that closed the pit last year. Supposedly they are close to beginning to mine copper ore again. There is no rail haulage in the pit at all for ore or for concentrate to the smelter at Magna and there hasn't been any for years. Some plant switching remains at Magna/Garfield.
