Someone probably has a list of the train symbols, but, since North Platte is the UP's largest re-classification yard between Chicago and West Coast, the short answer is the desitnations could be any West Coast terminal from Seattle to Los Angeles, plus a number of intermediate terminals and large yards in between North Platte and the coast--e.g.  North Yard (Denver), Roper (Salt Lake City), Ogden, Sparks, Roseville, Hermiston, Yermo, etc.

That's a good list.  Who knows anything about Black Forks, WY trains.  Google Maps puts Black Forks quite a bit south of Green River, on the banks of the Green River, with no railroad present.

Blacks Fork Yard is roughly halfway between Bryan and Granger, just west of the Blacks Fork River bridge.
