Very Sad News Out Of The Last Logging Railroad In The West!
Author: LoggerHogger

Word comes out of Woss Camp on Vancouver Island that the former CANFOR Englewood Logging Ry has suffered a terrible derailment right in Woss Camp with 2 crewmen dead and others injured.

It now appears that the loaded log cars got away from one of the reloads when the cable holding them broke and ran into town where they hit a track crew.

I think two (2) cables are called for when one cable can send logs into the crew and the community. And yes, logging is dangerous.
