Santa Fe lettered or BNSF lettered? It seems Burlington Northern Santa Fe is allowing a more diversified locomotive fleet into the Los Angeles Basin recently. Did they scrap the silly agreement they had with the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD)? This agreement suggests BNSF only run road units into and out of the LA area no more than 10 years old or some such.
