Train Video Depot - Whats Up?

Anyone have an idea about the status of TVD?

I have had nothing but good experiences, up until the order I placed on 5/13. No confirmation. No reply to Email. Phone calls go right to their VM. ....and no delivery of order.

The TVD website said they were taking their first 2-week vacation and that was near the date
you mentioned. Call them and ask.

I ordered from them last week and quickly received my dvd within the typical 2-3 days. The communication-level has never been particularly good. If you call, you'll have a much better chance of reaching Sam in the afternoons.
