Price as I remember was around $3M, might be a bit off on that, thing has potential but will take some bucks to make it work. Wasson (doesn't make Creede anymore) is the property of Bob Shank and can be yours for but a small pittance of what the Raiders paid for 57 acres in Vegas!!
