Western Railroad Discussion > Santa Fe Switchers and B Unit from CSRM

The three Santa Fe diesel switchers and (ex-Rio Grande?) B Unit discussed at the end of last month, went through Fresno, CA on an eastbound BNSF freight at about 3:05PM today, TUESDAY, November 21. The switchers were part of the ATSF collection donated to the California State Railroad Museum by the Santa Fe some time in the late 1980's/early 1990's.

Are you sure today is Friday ??? it is Nov 21st in any case. (Tuesday)

The B-unit is ex-SP.

BY the way I remember that the big ATSF collection moved from ABQ to CSRM Sacto in 1986.
1986 was the yaer of the big ATSF evac move from the ABQ shop buildings.
EDIT this train departed ABQ on MarNew Mexico ch 31, 1986 according to the San Bernardino Depot Museum (official webpage)

Sorry about that---yes Tuesday (I have the rest of the week off and so it was MY Friday!).

Just went by Ludlow eastbound half hour ago.
