Western Railroad Discussion > NS 1072 (Illinois Terminal) on BNSF Seligman SubDate: 02/12/18 12:34 NS 1072 (Illinois Terminal) on BNSF Seligman Sub Author: zchcsse This clip features a couple of shots of NS 1072, the Illinois Terminal heritage locomotive, rolling across BNSF's Seligman Sub in Arizona late in the day yesterday.
The first shot is a quick run-by at Antares, which is between Kingman and Valentine. The second shot, at dusk, is taken at McConnico near the bottom end of Kingman Canyon. The main tracks are split through this area. It was a bit breezy (though FAR less so than earlier in the day!) so there is a little bit of wind distortion on the sound in a couple of spots. The IT puts me at 15/20 on NS heritage locomotives. Not bad for a California resident! Thanks for watching! -Tom You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. Join Today!
