Western Railroad Discussion > The more Things Change, the More They Stay the SameDate: 05/29/18 16:45 The more Things Change, the More They Stay the Same Author: rrartist As the title suggests, UP 1063 has morphed from a "patched" SP Speed Lettered GP60 (which seemed in decent SP paint) into the latest a greatest Union Pacific paint scheme. The top image was taken in Winona MN as the LTA-42 backed onto the CP Raiol for it's eastward trek to Adams WI. The middle and bottom image are from's today LTA-42 taken in Dresbach MN and as the train thundered into La Crosse WI.
