Thanls so much for the nice photo of the 1326 and the 1325.

The SCXY was built by EMD in Sept., 1966, for the SP as the SP 8840, an SD45.

The SCXY 1325 was built by EMD in May, 1968, for the DRGW as the DRGW 5335, an SD45.

Info from "rrpicturearchives.net," my go-to site for locomotive and car info.

SO good to see both these beasts still working, more than 50 years after they were built.  Man, EMD really built GREAT locomotives!

The SP and the Rio Grande LIVE!!
