All of that is possible if the diesel has a Nathan P-5 horn. 

The location is Cutting Blvd and South 47th St Richmond California.  On and off ramps for I-580 are a couple of hundred feet away.  This area is also known as Burger King Junction, since there is a Burger King.  It’s behind the engine.
