Morrison Knudson DD35/40 car bodys

Somewhere, some time ago I saw a picture of a locomotive that MK had built and they used the long hood off a DD35 or DD40.
Anyone have any idea of a unit number or a picture?

Did they get sold off to a short line, rebuilt into something else or scraped.

Also 8303. Both it and the 8302 had their major components harvested and were used on the MPI SD40M-2's in 1990. One set was used on an ex N&W/IT SD39. The remains were then scrapped.
