Author: santafe199 Very nice work! Good to see solid Blue & Yellow again. In my 9 year tenure with the Santa Fe I was over that track lots of times on locals & work trains. I even caught The ROCK once, while waiting at the crossing: https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?11,2778188,2778188#msg-2778188

We'd take a break there, go stumbling around town in the dark looking for a Coke machine, or something to eat. I remember several times going over to the elevator track and listening to the KYLE Alcos, tied down there idling the night away.
