Stealing RR signs, 15 minutes of fame

8th Circuit Criminal Court Docket for Thursday, Oct. 4
State v. Levi S. Bloss, 21 (d.o.b. May 7, 1997), of Richmond.  Bloss was charged on Oct. 4 with a Class B misdemeanor second dregree tespassing, allegedly knowingly entering BNSF Railroad property.  He also was charged with a Class D misdemeanor stealing, allegedly knowingly taking three signs that were BNSF Railway property without the railroad's consent.
State v. Hunter W. Riley, 20 (d.o.b. July 16, 1998) of Henrietta.  (Town just south of Richmond)  same charges as above.  Arraignment for both is set for 9:30 a.m. Nov 27 in associate court.

Vast majority of criminals are of somewhat lower intelligence than is normal.

Knuckle heads! Who the hell wants a BNSF sign? Some need that authenticity... these guys will get an authentic can of whoop- by the judge.

Ironically their likely defense will be the property wasn't adequately signed!  They sneak onto the property and if they get hurt sue. Unfortunately most courts don't seem to see traspassing as a "real" problem.

Try it at a judge's house or a prosecutor's house.

Many states have a defiant trespass charge available. It usually applies when the property is signed, and you go in, anyway.

Or, you refuse to leave when directed by a responsible person .
