It's making it's way up the hard pull at Yampai, so within the hour maybe. 8565 is your target; it's a monster alright at almost 21k tons.

Thanks for the coverage. Sounds like it was coming down off Walapai. If so, seeing it come around Anteres Curve the down the hill would of been nice, being it so long. What happened to Valentine?

i didn't want to take a chance the sun angle at hackberry road.  as it was, the sun was barely with me between walapai and berry.

the issue with getting a video of these monsters is making sure they are at track speed so the video is under 6 minutes.....

Again that was a nice video!  Now I know where Walapai and Berry is by your coverage.  Planning on being in that area next month.

Two single stacks just behind mid train DPU's. Good to see this monster running at track speed.

Repeated today past Flagstaff at 08:24 local time. This was also westbound, 4 engines up font, 142 wells, 3 mid-train, 132 wells, 2 rear. My count could be slightly off. Everything was double stacked except towards the rear where there were a bunch of wells with two 20' containers. The train really started slowing down as it passed the camera. And, an eastbound appeared right as the gates were about to go up (but it was short.)

Do engineers get paid extra for handling such a long train?
