Well, either get used to it or don't look. Because UP doesn't seem to care.

Nice video---odd to see a tank right next to the power nowadays.

Totally depends on what's inside the tank car. Something totally safe like corn syrup can go anywhere in the train.

Nothing uncommon about a non-hazardous tank car next to the engines.

I strongly suspect that was a corn syrup car. It had no hazardous placards on it.

Would it be possible to get a clear explanation in English on the Subject of this post?

If I recall, Aurant is on the ex-SP at the eastern border of LA city limits/western border of Alhambra city limits along Valley Blvd/Mission Rd.  Checking the TT, that would be MP 487 or so.

That's right, west of Alhambra, east of downtown LA, close enough to LATC that it is switched by their yard switchers.

As long as the locomotive isn't painted to look like a Southern Pacific locomotive.

UP does have some standards, they may be really low, but they are standards. Kinda...

Union Pacific Local Freight Train LOF41, nick named the "Day Bud" because it switches the Budweiser brewery during the day, made it's normal sunday trip to Aurant Yard to pick up empty autoracks to bring back to Gemco Yard.

The tank is an empty. It last contained wax. The first stop on Sunday, if on the work order, is to pick up or set out at wax at around mp458.
