Western Railroad Discussion > Montana Rail Link - Bad Weather on Bozeman PassDate: 11/27/18 13:02 Montana Rail Link - Bad Weather on Bozeman Pass Author: tehachapi-dave More from the MRL! Our day on Bozeman Pass dawned dreary as we waited in Livingston for a westbound to mount the grade. Our first train of the day was a westbound grainer led by BNSF 4667 and a MRL helper set behind the DPU. We followed the train up the grade in the worsening weather towards the summit at Muir before it disappeared into the rain and fog. Enjoy!
