It's at the 0:37 mark in the first hour.
Paraphrase: President Bush was delighted to see the locomotive, painted in Air Force One colors, with his 41 number. Really delighted. Then he asked us "Can I take it for a spin around the property?" Well, nobody was really planning for this. So, we looked around, and somebody said OK. And, up he goes, and away the train goes. He drove it for about two miles around the property.
