What is the first car behind the engines it looks as if the top of the raised section in open?

That's UPP 2066, a power car that supplies HEP to the train.

Yes, that is a power generator car with the raised roof. That raised section houses tow locomotive cooling fans, 48"ers I believe.
That car was built and released for service while I was still on the steam crew. Many if us in the program had a nickname for it.
Due to the Hump housing the cooling fans we nicknamed it "Orca" after the hump backed whales.
