Why not? NO VERTICAL HIGH CLEARANCES... With overhead electric catenary, the overhead safety margin would be about 7 meters Without overhead catenary, the safety margin is about 6.1 meters above the top of the rail OVERTHERE they are basicly a passenger train railroad culture.
