One group of settlers to the La Crosse, Wi area, calls the valleys' Coulee's. As rrartist stated it was a bit chilly today also, ambient temp was Zero with a wind chill abt -15..

Image 1 has CP train 686, ethanol loads passing the La Crosse Amtrak depot while G 72 patrol switches the yard..

Image's 2 and 3 has today's LTA passing the depot and heading east past the G 72 Patrol while Jim was in Minnesota, I settled for Wisconsin side.

Image 4 takes me to the Minnesota side to shoot CP train 475 with CP 9700 at Dakota, Mn.

Image 5 I head back east to Bangor, Wi and shoot train 581 with NS 9537 leading.

Image 6 has lite motors right on the heels of the 581 with BNSF 7893 leading 3 others, no doubt returning to La Crosse after setting sand empties at the plants east of this locale.
