Western Railroad Discussion > Coastline AerialsDate: 02/17/19 20:56 Coastline Aerials Author: suvart After a rainy morning the sun came out, and I couldn't pass up the chance to use my new toy at Stenner once I heard there was a UP rack heading South.
1) 14 passes an intermidate just west of Tajiguas. 2) Half of a UP Autorack desends Cuesta. The full length train couldn't make the grade, and now that the SLO helpers are gone the crew had to double the hill. 3) Couldn't resist a going away shot. Date: 02/17/19 21:03 Re: Coastline Aerials Author: suvart 4) Grab shot of 14 as it crosses Stenner
5) My first terrestial shot I've taken in months. Hard to justify it when the drone is so much more fun and has a higher quality camera than my actual camera. A late 11 passes the Auto train at SLO. What I wouldn't give for a GS4 along there now that there are camera drones. Date: 02/17/19 22:12 Re: Coastline Aerials Author: MojaveBill Nice and green! Drones rock!
