Watch for the signs to the trash landfill and that's your crossing.

Right on the highway with a public grade crossing that leads into the referenced landfill.. Be aware, however, that just a little farther to the west takes you onto an Indian reservation. Always best to not stop on Indian lands to take pictures unless you have secured written permission.
