Has the BNSF Emporia Sub Reopened?

As I understand it, the La Junta sub is still closed due to the flooding at Halstead. I believe both the Douglas Sub and Ark City Sub are still closed.

Has the Emporia Sub been reopened?

Amtrak alert tweeted this morning that normal operations between Hutchinson and Topeka would resume with train 3(10)and 4(9).
