3 inches of snow on the ground here on the Laurel Sub in central Montana. +30f at an elevation of 4300Ft.  It has been a cold, dreary, wet spring in these parts.  Wet chilly weather for the week ahead.  There will be no Lilacs for Memorial Day around here.

Also consider that we're as close to the longest day of daylight for the year, Summer solstice June 21, than if this was the end of traditional summer at Labor day. Give or take a little of course.

Cool and rainy down on the desert, supposed be maybe high of 69 and rain on Wednesday, that's
at least 20 degrees below normal.
