Flooding in the Omaha area?
Author: tolland

I just read in another forum that the BNSF tracks at Pacific Junction are under water, several feet deep. Apparently there is a significant amount of flooding in the Omaha area at this time. Anyone have information on this? Apparently there are some places where UP is using BN tracks and vice versa.

Thanks,
Jim Burrill

Think it is going to stay high in that area for some time due to high storage levels up stream.A lot of valuable pasture lost and damaged (pacific junction area )by large deposits of sand also.
