KCS And NS Exchanging Temporary Trackage Rights n Missouri

On account of flooding on certain parts of each railroads system in Missouri, the KCS and NS have established the following temporary trackage rights agreement.. NS trains will run on KCS from Kansas City (Rock Creek Jct) to Mexico MO and KCS trains can use the NS from Mexico MO to St Louis. See the following link to the STB filing.
