Was watching the Kearney,NE cam earlier and the IG3LB rolled by with quite a few Maersk containers on it. Looks almost bizarre seeing Maersk containers on a UP intermodal train...
BNSF has had that contract since forever. Of course there have been some ONE containers on BNSF trains so...

I waybill ONE containers from BNSF Chicago Cicero to Portland and Seattle several times per week.  I can also do strange things with Maersk contianers if desired.

Mediterranean Shipping has also increased its use of UP recently. I believe both moves result from the wholesale realinement of partnership arrangements and mergers made by the shipping lines a while back.
