During a short stop in Saint Paul last week, I walked around the downtown area near the river. This mixed freight was stopped very close to Union Depot, and you can see that one of the lomocotives is an old SOO unit. Living on the East Coast I'd only heard about the river conditions in the Midwest, and there I got a chance to see it firsthand on the bank of the Mississippi.
