Western Railroad Discussion > First Shots of the Day

Friend and fellow TO member santafe199 joined Ken Church and I on the 4014 chase from Grand Island, NE to Omaha yesterday.  We had a great time and are ready to do it again!

Lance is a far better story teller than I so he can give you the gory details of the trip in his posts.

The first of these shots is about 3 miles east of Grand Island and the next 2 are at Central City.

Awesome fantstic shots.  It has been running real clean out on the road---good that you could get some smoke stack action.  Lost the 21 loads of cement.
