Last week I was in Texarkana and saw an empty coal train (aluminum hoppers - sample car # was TXUX 96126) coming off of UP - it was stopped in front of the Amtrak station since before I arrived - and got onto KCS and headed north toward Ashdown.  Since I caught it mid-move, I have no idea if it came off the Little Rock or Pine Bluff Subdivision, but I can only assume based on the reporting marks of the hoppers that the empty train originated at a utility in Texas.  Does anyone know the origin / destination of this particular train, and both loaded and empty routing between mine and power plant?  Also, do you know if KCS hands it off to BNSF at some point?  I am not very familiar with rail operations in the Texarkana area, so any information will be helpful.  Thank you!
