Yes, this the Live Web Cam at Kearney, Nebraska.
It is not available for Free access now.
It proably needs a paid subscription to their service.
I have been monitoring the BNSF Transcon locations on the Free Cams as long as they last.

when they have issues they will reset the cams an the link address people bookmark
will become invalid. This happens fairly often. You can ALWAYS go to Virtual Railfans main
YOutube channel and see what free cams are active.
