Earlier this afternoon, the BNSF crossing gate at Norwalk Blvd (Santa Fe Springs) malfunctioned, so trains were proceeding slowly through the crossing until the maintainer arrived.
The gate for southbound traffic on Norwalk Blvd. was staying down after trains passed, with traffic needing to squeeze by.  The lights / bells were on the entire time.  

Here are a few pics from this crossing today:
