Since Genesee & Wyoming acquired the former Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern, now known as the Rapid City, Pierre and Eastern Railroad, how is the railroad performing under G&W?  Is G&W handling more freight than CP did prior to the sale?  Is most of the freight primarily interchanged with CP or overall mixed between CP, BNSF and UP?  When the line was sold, as part of the arrangement did they acquire trackage rights between Tracy and Mankato or is that accomplished via haulage rights?  Where are the biggest customers?  How are the overall track conditions on the line now?
