The difference a day makes
Author: bmarti7

The BNSF has conveniently placed an intermediate signal at 3rd Street in downtown Bismarck. Today, running errands, I noticed a clear signal for eastward movement. So I staked out my spot across from the 2164 and waited. Today's differences: weather was thick clouds with occasional showers (actually created better light for the 2164); the eastbound coal loads were led by BNSF 5948, and the flag on the Camp Hancock Historic Park is flying a half staff, in memory of our losses on 9-11. MAY WE NEVER FORGET!

I actually like this one better than yesterday’s Bill, as the weather is more appropriate to this day of remembrance. May we never forget!!!!
